Children’s Case Management

Children’s Case Management provides support to children and adolescents (birth to 20 years) with emotional disturbances, behavioral disorders, mental illness and/or intellectual disabilities.

Adult Case Management

Adult Case Managers develop and oversee comprehensive, individualized service plans that emphasize community inclusion, health and safety, and natural supports for adults with intellectual disabilities.

Residential Services

The Progress Center is committed to providing homes where residents can comfortably age in place. Direct care staff work diligently to ensure a safe and caring environment in each home. The Progress Center offers the following Residential Services: Shared Living, In Home Support, and Small Group Homes

Lives Unlimited: Community Supports

Community Supports offers instruction and services that promote the practical and functional application, adaptation and integration of skills necessary for independent  living and community inclusion. Direct care staff work with adults to support community inclusion, personal development, and supports in areas of daily living.
